Highlights too yellow

If highlights are too yellow you can follow the steps below using the Wella Color Touch range.

1After processing your highlights to the desired time, ensure that they have a yellow banana-like colour.
2Take your client to the basin and rinse out the bleach.
3Apply the chosen Wella shampoo, but do not use conditioner yet.
4Pre-tone the hair using 20g of 10/6 Colour Touch and 15g of 10/0, mixed with 70ml of 1.9% developer. Apply the mixture to the roots first.20g15g70ml
5If the mid-lengths and ends have previously been highlighted, reapply the mixture once pre-toned.
6Then, tone the hair using 10g of 10/6 Colour Touch, 15g of 9/16, and 5g of 10/0 mixed with 60ml of 1.9% developer.10g5g15g60ml
7Apply the toner to the roots for 5 minutes, and then take it through to the mid-lengths and ends. If previously highlighted, leave the toner to develop for 10 minutes.
8Rinse thoroughly and apply your chosen conditioner.
