Skin testing should be done 24-48 hours prior to colour service. Choose which colour is best for your clients hair, mix up a tiny amount, choose whether to pop colour behind clients ear or in crease of elbow make sure you clean the chosen area before applying the test colour. Pop a tiny amount onto the skin in chosen area and then leave, DO NOT WASH OFF for 48 hours unless there is irritation. If irritation does occur then wash off immediately.
